As 2023 draws to a close, our factory director, accompanied by technical experts and the sales team, has once again embarked on a series of follow-up visits to assess the use of electrode paste by our clients. Today, we visited a customer engaged in the smelting of high-carbon silicomanganese. This client, with whom we have collaborated for five years, operates two furnaces. The use of electrode paste has been consistently stable, with consumption hovering around 15KG—an outcome that has left the customer highly satisfied.
During our assessment of the current furnace conditions, the client raised an issue regarding the recent drop in local temperatures to minus 10 degrees Celsius during night shifts. They observed a slower sintering speed of the electrode paste under these conditions. Combining our technical expertise with an analysis of the temperature environment around the furnace, we provided on-site, tailored recommendations. These included suggestions such as closing the furnace door and adjusting the volatility and softening point of the next batch of electrode paste to better adapt to the local weather and furnace conditions.
The client expressed great satisfaction and promptly specified the quantity and schedule for the next month’s delivery.
Our commitment to a comprehensive understanding of each client’s furnace allows us to tailor electrode paste formulations that suit their production needs. This approach helps clients enhance productivity, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
