What is the MOQ?
The minimum order quantity is 21 tons, it means one 20GP container.
What's the package of electrode paste?
The package of electrode paste is usually in ton Bags. Also we can pack it according to customer’s requirement.
Can you accept customized specification?
Yes, we can produce electrode paste according to customer’s request. If needed, our technician can recommend the most suitable electrode paste specs after checking customer’s furnace parameters.
Can you provide technical support?
Yes, sure. Whenever customer need, we will arrange our technician to provide the technical guidance on furnace site during pre-sales and after-sales.
What‘s the delivery time after order placed?
The delivery time is generally within 7 days after receiving the advance payment.
How long is the shelf life of electrode paste?
We recommend to use up within 3 months after receipt.
Which ports to ship from?
Our factory is located in Gongyi city, Henan province, China. If by sea, we usually send goods to Tianjin/Qingdao port. If by railway, usually from Zhengzhou port or customer designated port.
